Welcome to Ponce Inlet and come relax in our upgraded serene 4th floor oceanfront Southpoint of Daytona Condominium. Our condo allows you to enjoy beautiful sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean and sunsets over the inter-coastal waterway (Halifax River).

Our oceanfront condo offers a retreat-like atmosphere with two bedrooms & two baths. The oceanfront views in the living area are breathtaking. Open up the glass door to enjoy the ocean breezes and relaxing sounds of the ocean. Have breakfast while watching the dolphins play, boats sail by and the waves reach the large beach.

The living area offers a large 42” flat-screen digital-cable LCD TV with DVD/VCR player. A comfy sofa with chaise could sleep additional guest. Our dining table seats four with an extension leaf that expands seating to six. Our breakfast bar overlooking the kitchen offers four additional seats as well. The kitchen offers the amenities that you are accustomed to having at home. We have wireless Internet and a work-station with a printer/fax/scanner (if you can't leave work behind). We also offer high-thread count linens in our bedrooms and baths.

The large master bedroom offers stunning ocean views from the wall-to-wall windows. The master bedroom also features a king bed, flat screen LCD TV/DVD player and a private bath with large shower enclosure.

The guest bedroom offers a view of the Inter-coastal Waterway. We also have a Queen and a Twin bed and a mounted flat-screen LCD TV. The guest bath has a tub/shower combination.

The heated pool provides year-round enjoyment. The large no-drive, hard-packed sandy beach is great for kids, walking, biking, sunbathing and searching for ocean treasures. The friendly ocean environment provides lots of shallow water to frolic, surf and boogie-board. Sea turtles also lay their eggs on our protected beach.

There is much to see and do nearby, including the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse Park; Marine Science Center and sea turtle rehab facility; as well as, the Nature Preserve that features numerous walking/hiking trails and a boardwalk to the Halifax River. Enjoy access to charter fishing boats, public boat ramps, the inlet jetty for fishing, as well as boat and watercraft rentals at several nearby marinas in Ponce Inlet. Ponce Inlet also offers beachfront and riverfront restaurants.

Ponce Inlet is just 10 minutes south of Daytona Beach, FL and the famous Daytona International Speedway as well as Bike Week and Biketober Fest.
